
Sales Director for Medical Device Products

Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our innovative product portfolio in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers.
- Promote fillers, energy-based devices, and other skin care products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and training to clients on the use and benefits of energy-based devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably with laser devices in the aesthetics/medical field.
- Strong understanding of Laser, RF technology, and its applications in healthcare and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.
