We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client engagement journey management efforts. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of client-centric initiatives across digital channels, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in banking and client engagement.
  • Experience in digital marketing or cross-sell, deepening, and traffic-driving initiatives.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing large teams in complex environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and innovative abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
