Job Title: Senior/Fund Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role in our fund operations team.

  • Lead the team responsible for managing fund operational tasks related to asset management products, including subscriptions and redemptions, investor transactions, capital calls, cash management, projections, and NAV reconciliation and review.
  • Develop Excel-based valuation models to estimate fund NAV based on different required periods, ensuring accurate fund accounting books and records.
  • Derive and analyze target operating models and operational requirements for new fund products, including setting up SPVs in various jurisdictions as necessary.
  • Assist with fund launches and provide ongoing support for existing funds.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in fund operations, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and fund accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
