Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand our market presence. As the Mega City Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust strategic plans to accelerate business growth and deliver sales targets. This leadership role requires exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven track record in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to accelerate business growth in the Mega City and deliver sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the addressable market size.
  • Value Chain Optimization:
  • Elevate our position across the value chain in each of the priority segments by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop efficient business models and implement them across the value chain.
  • Lead the implementation of Marketing Initiatives in the Mega City.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team driven for results.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for important client accounts and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish key performance indicators and regularly assess the performance of business units.
  • Utilize data analytics for strategic decision making and drive performance improvements.
  • Budget Management:
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance to ensure revenue targets and profitability goals are achieved.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about competitive dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Adapt business strategies based on evolving market conditions and technological advancements.
  • Corporate Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape the overall corporate strategy and vision.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Years of experience in business leadership roles with a proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Deep understanding of the urban market landscape and related industries.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
