Operations Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for performing dispatch delivery of items, assisting in the planning of daily delivery schedules, and ensuring that parcels are delivered in the correct conditions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform dispatch delivery of items;
    • Assist in the planning of daily delivery schedule;
    • Ensure that parcels are delivered in the correct conditions;
    • Ensure that parcels are delivered to the right recipient (with proof of delivery);
    • Help to set up internal delivery route;
    • Participate in packing delivery items when required to.
  • Requirements:
    • Class 2 / 3 Licence;
    • At least 1 year of dispatch riding experience;
    • Possess own motorcycle will be preferred.
