Job Title:

Chief Technical Solutions Strategist


Role Summary:

This is a key role within an organization, responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Design and develop comprehensive technical architectures that integrate multiple systems, channels, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Evaluate and select suitable technologies and vendors for proposed solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for proposed solution architectures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive the solution architecture process and secure approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Architecture Design:
    • Develop comprehensive technical architectures that integrate multiple systems, channels, and technologies.
  • Solution Development:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Tech Vendor Selection:
    • Evaluate and select suitable technologies and vendors for proposed solutions.
  • Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation for proposed solution architectures.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive the solution architecture process and secure approvals.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of system integration patterns, enterprise architecture, microservices architecture, cloud computing services, and system/network infrastructure.

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture roles.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize scalable and resilient technical architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java and/or .NET.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and relevant certifications.
