Job Title:

Asset Structure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our asset structure initiatives. As an Asset Structure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing efficient entity structures to support our business expansion and capital management goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Variable Capital Companies (VCCs), and trust structures to optimize investments and business initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on cross-border tax planning, entity setup, and compliance for international operations.
  • Support the establishment and management of funds, including fund documentation, governance, and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and product teams to evaluate new business models, including digital assets and emerging financial products.
  • Assist with asset allocation, treasury structuring, and capital deployment strategies.
  • Liaise with external advisors, legal firms, and financial institutions to ensure compliant and efficient execution of structures.
  • Prepare and review structuring proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA/LLM is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trusts, funds, investment banking, or international law firms.
  • Strong knowledge of SPVs (Cayman, BVI, Singapore VCC) and trust structures (family, charitable).
  • Familiarity with cross-border taxation, fund establishment, or securitization.
  • Ability to independently design structuring solutions and oversee execution.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to fintech, digital assets, or alternative investment products.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bridge traditional finance expertise with innovative financial structures.
