We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee our team in crafting high-quality breads and viennoiseries.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products.

  • Lead the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain high standards in the production of sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, cruffins, and other baked goods
  • Engage in Mixing, Shaping, Baking, and Lamination processes
  • Guide the production of preferments and curds with precision
  • Ensure proper packing, preparation, and presentation of finished products
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bakery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with office and sales team to align output with demand
  • Mentor junior bakers and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and good communication
