Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned backend developer to design, develop and maintain high-performance Java-based applications for trading systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable, low-latency and fault-tolerant systems to handle high-concurrency workloads.
  • Optimize system performance to ensure reliability under demanding conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, DevOps and other developers) to deliver robust solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in backend development with strong expertise in high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
  • Proficient in Java frameworks and tools like Spring, Hibernate, Maven.
  • Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency patterns and distributed systems.
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and remote team collaboration skills.
