Job Title: Financial Support Role

This finance internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales reconciliation, accounts payable, and financial record verification.

As a finance intern, you will assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, performing daily sales reconciliation, and supporting the accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation by verifying receipts, POS reports, and bank transactions.
  • Assist in preparing journal entries related to sales and revenue.
  • Support the accounts payable process, including invoice matching and data entry.
  • Help manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Enter and organize sundry invoices in the accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate and timely filing of financial documents.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification or currently pursuing a degree in accountancy, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Oracle or similar systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
