Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the full post-fixture operations of Clean Petroleum Product (CPP) tanker vessels. This role involves monitoring and coordinating all aspects of the voyage after fixture, including port calls, loading, discharging, deviation, and bunkering.

The successful candidate will liaise with charterers, shipowners, vessel masters, port agents, surveyors, and terminals to ensure voyage instructions are clearly communicated and executed as per charter party terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee post-fixture operations of CPP tanker vessels
  • Monitor and coordinate all aspects of the voyage after fixture
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle cargo documentation and ensure accuracy in related reports
  • Monitor vessel schedules and update voyage status
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or claims
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in CPP tanker operations, preferably within a brokerage, operator, or agency
  • Sound knowledge of clean petroleum product cargoes and handling procedures
  • Strong understanding of voyage charter parties, shipping regulations, and port practices
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and cost monitoring
