Crude Oil Tanker Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crude Oil Tanker Operations Manager to lead our team in managing the day-to-day operations of our crude oil tankers. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong understanding of tanker chartering terms, voyage economics, and marine regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing voyage planning, port calls, and cargo handling, ensuring smooth voyage execution and timely reporting and issue resolution. They will also be required to monitor vessel performance, ensure full compliance with charter party terms, coordinate bunker planning and procurement, and prepare and issue voyage instructions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as maritime studies or logistics, and at least 3-5 years of experience in crude and/or DPP tanker operations. You will also need to possess excellent communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Office and vessel tracking/operations systems, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple voyages simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned crude oil tankers

  • Coordinate bunker planning and procurement

Requirements:
