Senior Fabrication Quality Assurance Manager


Job Description:

The QAQC Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of offshore power plant fabrication. They are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards to meet industry requirements.

  • Developing and implementing QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards to meet industry requirements.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure fabricated components meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with project teams to resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in offshore power plant fabrication or shipbuilding industry.
  • A strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
