We are seeking a skilled Steel Construction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural steel elements to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

You will work closely with project managers and other engineers to integrate steel structure designs into overall project plans. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting structural analysis and calculating load requirements, stress factors, and material specifications to guarantee the integrity and safety of the steel elements.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the fabrication and installation of steel structures, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines. You will also liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to coordinate project requirements.

Additional duties include inspecting construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. You will collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and manage inventory levels for steel structure components.

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. A good knowledge of construction methods and regulatory requirements in structural works is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
