**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review structural designs and drawings for steel structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate steel structure designs into overall project plans.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to determine load requirements, stress factors, and material specifications.
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of steel structures, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project proposals as required.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and manage inventory levels for steel structure components.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in steel structure engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Tekla).
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., Eurocodes, BS Codes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with large-scale construction projects in Singapore.
