Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily movement of drivers, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driver Management: Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient routing, scheduling, and deployment of vehicles.
  • Attendance and Deployment: Monitor and update driver attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service executives to meet and exceed customer delivery schedules and timing.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement and maintain safety protocols, conduct regular vehicle inspections, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in transportation, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
