The Quality Management Expert will be responsible for leading quality management initiatives and ensuring our projects exceed industry standards.

This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in QA/QC practices within the maritime or oil & gas industry, capable of ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

  • Lead quality management initiatives, including the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Ensure the QMS complies with local, national, and international standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish quality policies, procedures, and standards specific to FPSO conversion projects.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks through proactive planning and implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ CQE) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in QA/QC management within the maritime or oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in FPSO conversion projects.
