About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team at JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd.

Job Description:

The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate delivery orders and invoices.
  • Respond to sales inquiries via email or phone.
  • Print, sort, and file delivery orders and tax invoices.
  • Email tax invoices to customers.
  • Issue debit and credit notes.
  • Order office supplies like toner, A4 paper, and envelopes.
  • Send monthly statements of accounts to customers.
  • Arrange courier services when needed.
  • Prepare invoices and packing lists.
  • Submit monthly petty cash reports to accounts.
  • Process purchase orders to vendors.
  • Update and follow up on customer orders.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding delivery methods and payment.
  • Book flights and prepare travel requisitions for approval.
  • Record cheques and submit vendor invoices to accounts.
  • Manage absentee records using the INFO-Tech system.

Requirements:

  • At least O-level or ITE with admin experience.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail.
