We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Maintenance Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining and repairing complex equipment in challenging environments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in machinery trades, including small engine, automotive or heavy equipment maintenance and repair. They will also have strong leadership skills, with at least two years of supervisory or management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of Antarctic equipment">
  • Perform complex repairs on a broad range of equipment">
  • Responsible for corrective maintenance accomplishment as outlined by program management">
  • Direct the work of skilled workers, administrators and helpers engaged in the repair and upkeep of assigned mobile and stationary equipment">
  • Coordinate work requirements and assign personnel to specific tasks">
  • Ensure quality, timely completion and control of material">
  • Document work order progress and communicate issues with customers and management">

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED and at least 10 years of experience in machinery trades. They must also have a valid driver's license issued in the United States and be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
