Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

The Operational Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school programmes and daily activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and inventory in designated areas to ensure they are clean and in good working condition.
  • Support teachers with science experiments, classroom preparations, and science trails conducted in the school.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, mail management, and filing.
  • Laminate and pack teaching and learning resources.
  • Assist with other duties assigned by the school based on operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in data entry and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
