Procurement Specialist Role

Job Summary:
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency and driving continuous improvement.



Sourcing & Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure supply continuity. Conduct supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments.

Procurement Operations:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order issuance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and timelines. Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any supply or quality issues.

Cost Management & Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead time and maximize value through strategic procurement practices.
