Administrative Finance Specialist

At ACCA Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Finance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and inventory.
- Process invoices, payments and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments will be conducted.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and book-keeping.
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent certificates.
- Experience in using accounting software e.g. XERO is required.
- A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices is necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Frequent communication with vendors on payment and delivery matters.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
