At ACCA Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Finance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and inventory.

  • Process invoices, payments and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments will be conducted.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and book-keeping.
  • Prepare supporting documents for audits and GST returns.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent certificates.

  • Experience in using accounting software e.g. XERO is required.
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Frequent communication with vendors on payment and delivery matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
