Job Summary:

The Strategic Deployment Lead, Asia Pacific will play a key role in our Brand, Loyalty, Marketing, Revenue, Sales & Distribution Digital, Strategy Planning & Services organization. This position will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of deployment projects that drive strategic priorities for our company in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional teams in planning and scheduling APEC deployment initiatives to meet project objectives and goals on time and on budget.
  • Create project governance and framework, including project plans and dashboards to track progress and updates.
  • Engage internal partners to prepare content and training materials as needed to drive change.
  • Collect information from hotels through surveys.

Project Implementation & Execution:

  • Support daily execution and implementation tasks to ensure projects are delivered on-time.
  • Drive change to various stakeholders through executing communication strategies.
  • Conduct performance and program analysis to drive program implementation and adoption.
  • Create in-market training materials and resources to ensure effective implementations.
  • Organize training webinars and leadership meetings to facilitate project updates and introductions.
  • Participate in review cycles at key milestones and provide go/no-go decisions.
  • Assist in strategy sessions and track project follow-up executions.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance.

Preferred Attributes, Skills & Experience:

  • Prior hotel or hospitality working experience (preferred).
  • Prior project management experience (advantageous).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to communicate changes clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills based on anticipating issues that may arise and motivating change.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
