About The Job

To efficiently organize the distribution of goods and ensure timely delivery of products at an optimal cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Distribution Center (DC) team in delivering operational service to customers through effective communication and coordination.
  2. Execute daily logistic operational activities using the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  3. Plan, execute and optimize the physical movement of goods, ensuring shipments comply with regulations and proper documentation is available.
  4. Collaborate with the global operations team to optimize LCT processes and support problem-solving initiatives.
  5. Work towards standardized work procedures and maintain supply chain processes within the DC.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience in export companies and/or freight forwarding industries.
  • Knowledge of import and export regulations is preferred.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in ERP/logistics management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, TMS platforms).
  • Experience with oversized shipments and Singapore customs.
