Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with our team of passionate industry and technology experts. This role is perfect for someone who combines architectural expertise with a love for technology and enjoys building trusted relationships with clients.

This Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and shaping the product roadmap by bringing customer insights, feature requests, and competitive intel into planning. You will champion success from onboarding through to expansion, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build deep relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and suppliers to understand their goals and translate them into product impact.
  2. Drive adoption through tailored demos, technical pre-sales, workshops, and proof-of-concept.
  3. Shape the product roadmap by bringing customer insights, feature requests, and competitive intel into planning.
  4. Champion success from onboarding through to expansion, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent experience is essential. Background in a developer's in-house design team or an architectural consultancy, with exposure from feasibility to build, is also required. Proven experience managing customers, projects, or teams, strong presentation and communication skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and a passion for bridging design and technology to solve real-world challenges are all must-haves for this role.
