Project Manager LeadAbout the Role

We seek a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale IT projects in cash management. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Definition and Delivery: Define, document, and execute complex projects through their entire lifecycles, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Project Methodology and Tools: Adopt and adapt project management methods and tools to suit project requirements.
  • Project Control and Risk Management: Ensure effectiveness of project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes.
  • Resource and Cost Management: Monitor and control resources, revenue, and capital costs against the project budget, managing expectations of all project stakeholders.
  • Business Analysis and Insights: Perform what-if analyses and scenario planning, developing insights and proposals to improve business value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to agree and implement short-term and medium-term modifications to demand, maintaining a register of business requests and reporting as required.
  • Software Development: Take responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development, planning and driving software construction activities.
  • System Development: Define systems development projects supporting organizational objectives and plans, ensuring senior management is aware of and able to provide required resources.
Selection Criteria
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree with at least 12 years of experience in IT.
  • Project Management Accreditation: Current project management accreditation PMP / PRINCE2 preferred and Agile in addition would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated Success: Demonstrated prior success in delivery of complex IT application projects.
  • Cash Management Experience: Prior experience in managing projects in cash management or Payment (GIRO, SWIFT, FAST, etc) applications.
  • Project Lifecycle Experience: Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in its entirety.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
