This is a pivotal role within our Mobility business, focusing on securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply for our ride-hailing marketplace. Our team consists of strategists, partner managers, productivity experts, pricing specialists, sales professionals, marketers, operations specialists, and analysts.

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the execution of autonomous vehicle pilots. As a bridge between deployment operations and core product and engineering teams, you'll own the roadmap for operational systems, dive deep into technical challenges, and re-engineer processes for maximum safety and efficiency.

  • You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements, scope, and deliver software and hardware that powers fleet operations
  • Drive the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes from pilot to full-scale deployment
  • Translate operational challenges, learnings, and opportunities into actionable feedback to guide the design and iteration of products and service offerings
  • Lead process optimization initiatives across deployment operations, from vehicle commissioning to on-road incident response
  • Utilize data analysis and strategic insights to identify efficiency gaps, model potential solutions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement and champion frameworks like Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to streamline workflows between internal organisation, company, and external partners
  • Become subject matter expert on autonomous vehicle system's operations
  • Establish and implement rigorous AV safety standards and protocols for system validation testing and daily operations
  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
About Essential Skills You Will Need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical product management, process engineering, or operations management within high-tech industry
  • Direct, hands-on experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or complex hardware/software systems
  • Experience managing technical products from ideation to launch, including writing requirements and building roadmaps
  • Demonstrated experience in process mapping, analysis, and implementing improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
