The Warehouse Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments; accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for domestic and international dispatch; updating inventory and shipment records using warehouse management systems; coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery; performing regular stock checks and assisting with inventory reconciliation; operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently; and resolving shipment discrepancies and handling returns.

">Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Logistics Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Inventory Systems: Familiarity with inventory and order management systems is essential.
  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
  • Physical Abilities: The ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 kg is necessary.
