The Butlership Role at Marina Bay Sands is a prestigious position that requires a high level of service excellence, attentiveness to details, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized butler services to guests in Paiza Collection, ensuring seamless and memorable stays from pre-arrival to departure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing Butler Command Centre operations and core tasks
  • Ensuring purposeful engagement and seamless experience for each guest
  • Communicating and responding to guests professionally and accurately over the phone, emails, and messaging systems
  • Assisting guests with limousine/taxi bookings, dining, attractions, entertainment, and wellness program reservations/ticket purchase
  • Orchestrating and communicating with floor butlers and relevant stakeholders for celebrations of guests' special occasions
  • Proactively coordinating with floor butlers for guests' pre-departure arrangement, packing and luggage assistance
  • Addressing any security incidents and feedback to Butler Management
  • Resolving feedback and guest challenges with good standard
  • Rotating to any taskforce when operationally required
  • Adapting to changes and ensuring adherence to organizational operating procedures and service standards
  • Performing administrative duties such as inventory and filing of reports as required
