As a key player in our team, the Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns for the Food and Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, media buying, and social media content management.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the F&B industry and a deep understanding of user habits and trends on various social media platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, is essential for creating engaging visual content. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also crucial.

Responsibilities include handling website and CRM system integration, brainstorming marketing initiatives with in-house teams and agencies, and executing ad-hoc tasks as needed. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the brands' social media accounts and assets, interacting with followers, and responding to comments, inquiries, and complaints. A strong focus on performance metrics and analysis is also required, with regular reporting on campaign effectiveness.
