As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of migration-based projects spanning multiple departments within a single business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate project execution through Agile methodology and activities, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Manage, lead, and direct the work efforts of resources functionally aligned as part of the project team.
  • Responsible for governance and financials of a project, including timeline and budget management.
  • Remove impediments to the team's ability to deliver and focus on activities and progress of the Agile project team.
  • Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities, and facilitate business and technology project routines.
  • Responsible for weekly reporting and outlining project timelines, risks, issues, and financials.
  • Manage deliverables and priorities with management and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Bas and testers to conduct testing cycles, acceptance criteria, unit testing, QA, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
  • Strong Agile Project Management experience, preferably in the Banking domain.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management, verbal and written communication, team building, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and enforce processes to drive deliverables.
  • Experience working on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously.
  • Polished MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
