Job Title: Talent Onboarding Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Onboarding Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new healthcare professionals.
You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards, while also upholding patient safety. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the onboarding process for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely onboarding
- Process necessary documents, including background checks, I-9s, and health screenings
- Monitor license and certification expirations, conduct audits of employee records, and verify professional credentials
To qualify for this position, you should have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in onboarding, compliance, credentialing, or HR administration, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards, is also beneficial. Experience with onboarding/HRIS/compliance tracking systems will be advantageous.
