We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.
This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic relationships across diverse industries.
- New Client Acquisition (60%): Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy to acquire new clients across targeted sectors. Generate new leads through prospecting, referrals, market intelligence, and industry events.
- Open new client accounts and present value-driven workforce solutions that align with clients' business goals. Conduct needs analysis to tailor staffing and HR solutions, ensuring consultative, client-focused engagement.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a hunter mindset and a proven ability to drive business growth in the staffing and workforce solutions space.
This role requires a strong understanding of the staffing and workforce solutions industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
