What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Membership Development Specialist to join our team at Exuve Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and contributing to the overall success of our luxury lifestyle project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative sales strategies to expand our member base and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives and high-net-worth individuals
• Lead personalized tours and showcase the unique offerings and benefits of our luxury lifestyle project
• Leverage our CRM system to track member data and provide valuable insights into member preferences
• Collaborate with our events team to create exclusive events that showcase our club's allure to potential members

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of proven success in the hospitality industry, private members' clubs, or another high-end service environment
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to craft bespoke membership experiences
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to connect with and build lasting relationships with affluent clientele
• Strong understanding of the Singapore and APAC markets and cultural awareness
• Existing network within the high-net-worth community is a significant advantage
