Senior Account Executive – Public Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our public relations team. As a key member of our global marketing communications firm, you will have the opportunity to work with leading technology clients across multiple markets.

Job Overview

This role offers an exciting challenge for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about public relations and has strong leadership potential. You will be responsible for supporting multiple technology clients in the execution of their PR plans, owning all tasks related to client PR plans and ensuring timely delivery of results that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Supporting multiple technology clients in the execution of their PR plans.
  • Task Ownership: Owning all tasks related to client PR plans and ensuring timely delivery of results that meet company standards.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting strategic research into media landscapes to meet client requirements.
  • Content Creation: Creating quality content for client deliverables.
  • Relationship Building: Building and leveraging relationships with key media contacts across geographies.
Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Best-Practice Development: Ensuring best-practice development and sharing of knowledge across the organization.
  • Junior Staff Guidance: Guiding and reviewing junior staff.
  • Media Briefings: Conducting briefings on media or business trends.
Business Development:
  • Industry Expertise: Becoming a subject matter expert on relevant client industry developments.
Additional Requirements:
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibiting organizational skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple channels of activity.
  • Leadership Team Collaboration: Collaborating with leadership team members to identify trends and group interests.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations / Communications / Media / Marketing or related fields.
  • PR Experience: 2-4 years of PR experience working with Technology clients.
  • Media Knowledge: Good knowledge of contemporary media operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and media.
  • Media Relations: Ability to build media relations without inhibitions.
  • Research and Analytic Skills: Strong research and analytic skills to become an industry expert.
  • Initiative and Supervision: Ability to take initiative, learn and work without constant supervision.
  • Team Building: Committed to building strong teams and fostering collaboration.
