**_Job Summary _**
- Responsible for planning, customizing and implementing Bacha Coffee public relations, KOL and influencer strategies, outreach and activities, both external and internal, in Singapore and in an advisory capacity for overseas offices. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of public relations. This role will oversee the efforts of PR agencies in Singapore and overseas and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other departments of the company. _

**_Primary Relationships _**
- The position reports directly to the Marketing Director. _
- Within the organization, this position has primary working relationships with the other PR team members, the Social Media, Marketing, Content, Digital and Design teams as well as Bacha Coffee overseas partners and franchises. _
- Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with PR agencies, the media, mall and department store marketing & PR teams where Bacha Coffee is a tenant, and any other service providers (event organizers, photographers, videographers, etc.). _

**_Responsibilities _**
- 1. Conceiving global PR strategy, campaigns and creating the brand’s annual calendars, press releases, announcements, media alerts, KOL & influencer outreach, etc. _
- 2. Creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive public relations and KOL & influencer campaigns that will enhance Bacha Coffee’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public; generate brand awareness; support the brand’s premium positioning. _
- 3. Conceiving, writing and proofreading of all communication materials i.e., press releases, boilerplates, fact sheets, annual corporate PR presentations, global PR reports, etc. _
- 4. Coordinating public relations, KOL and influencer activities and materials including annual calendars, publications, media relations, media kits, media events, etc. _
- 5. Overseeing the updating of company information including boilerplates, management bios, interview Q&A’s, portrait image banks, etc. _
- 6. Acting as Bacha Coffee’s brand ambassador with the media, KOL’s and influencers, and coordinating media interest to ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate responses to media requests. _
- 7. Responsible for corresponding internally with other Bacha Coffee departments to obtain editorial direction, design and production of all Bacha Coffee materials. _
- 8. Responsible for implementation of special projects including media events, seasonal media gifting, overseas media trips, media photo shoots, etc. _
- 9. Working with Bacha Coffee subsidiaries, franchises and distributors to ensure implementation of brand and editorial guidelines and directives. _
- 10. Leading and effectively managing media crises in collaboration with PR teams and PR agencies in Singapore and overseas. _
- 11. Ensuring that proper archives of global media clippings are maintained and regularly updating PR reporting standards. _
- 12. Regularly monitoring trends and informing management of developments in luxury, retail and F&B industries. _
- 13. Maintaining Bacha Coffee media databases and periodically revising and refreshing media outreach to constantly remain current. _
- 14. Ensure consistent articulation of Bacha Coffee’s desired luxury image and positioning locally and abroad. _

**_Qualifications _**
- Required: _
- _Minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the luxury retail sector. _
- _Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or public relations preferred. _
- _Past experience working in a PR agency or luxury brand PR department is preferred. _
- _Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent writing and proofreading skills. _
- _A second (or third) language would be a plus.' _
