Job Description:

  • Incentive for each successful appointment set
  • Commission for each deal closed successfully by Consultant
  • No cap to incentive and commission pay-out
  • Salary package will be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to set appointments with clients
  • Effective cold-calling without hard-selling
  • Handle client's enquiries and rejections with confidence
  • Support Consultants in capturing client's needs and information

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Quick-thinking and achievement-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) knowledge
  • Relevant experience in Telemarketing position
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skill
