Job Title: E-commerce Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Executive to join our Sales Team at ZHONG HUA FOOD ENTERPRISE PTE LTD. As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and upload product listings, including content, for e-commerce platforms such as Redmart, Shopee, Fairprice Online, Tiktok, Lazada, Facebook, and others in Singapore.
  • Maintain and ensure all product information, including pricing and inventory, is up-to-date and available-to-sell.
  • Respond to e-commerce customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service through web chat, phone, and email.
  • Manage e-commerce customer comments and reviews through social media.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including conceptualizing, developing, and executing ideas for marketing projects.
  • Analyze trends, sales leads, product sales performance, and short-term and midterm sales forecasts.
  • Drive monthly and yearly sales target achievement across sales networks.
  • Work closely with various departments to plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Good design and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of video making and editing.
  • In-depth working knowledge of popular social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly initiative with positive energy.
  • Possess good attitude towards learning and improving.
