Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Junior IT and Technical Support Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance of IT infrastructure and cloud services while providing technical assistance to clients. This role involves supporting the deployment, management of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities include assisting in the deployment, management of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking equipment, Supporting cloud-based services and solutions, performing firmware upgrades and deploying IoT devices, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-related issues, maintaining documentation of IT systems configurations, and procedures, and staying up to date with emerging technologies and recommending improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
  • Strong hands-on technical ability in IT infrastructure, cloud services, including system administration and network configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot software issues is advantageous
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and technical support.
