English Teacher for Secondary School

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons to students, utilizing their expertise in English as a Second Language (ESL) to facilitate learning and academic success.
We are seeking an experienced ESL teacher with the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and provide tailored support to ensure students achieve their full potential.
About this role:- Deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of our students, adapting to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Provide regular feedback and assessment to students, using data to inform instruction and drive student progress.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and well-being.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, best practices, and technologies relevant to ESL teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and expertise, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification from a recognized institution or authority.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in teaching ESL/EAL as a subject within IGCSE/CLSP curriculum.
- Experience with teaching Psychology as a subject is an asset.
