Job Description:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date registration records is a vital function of this role. As an Admin Assistant/Registration Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting documents for vessel registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit documents for vessel registration.
  • Communicate and coordinate with ship owners, managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and file management.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding vessel registration processes.
  • Other duties assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office and database management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Maritime Business/Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Experience in an administrative role, maritime industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
