Job Title: Store Operations Manager - Beauty

Job Summary:

As a Store Operations Manager - Beauty, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our beauty store, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience. You will lead a team of retail professionals to deliver excellent sales performance, drive business growth, and maintain high standards of store appearance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and inventory control;
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand awareness;
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and operating expenses;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the beauty industry;
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and increasing brand awareness;
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a team of retail professionals;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors;
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions;
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising, inventory control, and other retail operations principles;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred;
