A leading data centre developer is seeking a senior customer success professional to join its Singapore team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Country Managing Director and play a critical part in managing relationships with hyperscale clients, ensuring their operational and strategic needs are met with precision and care.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, driving alignment across service delivery, operations, and commercial functions.
You'll be responsible for navigating complex client environments, resolving escalations, and ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management, a deep understanding of data centre operations, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met
- Driving alignment across service delivery, operations, and commercial functions
- Navigating complex client environments and resolving escalations
