Financial Operations Assistant
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to support the financial operations of our organization. This role will work closely with the Accounting Manager in daily tasks, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Accounting Manager with daily tasks such as invoice processing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
* Support the team with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and accounts
* Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in financial records
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Accounting Manager and other departments

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines
