Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage program-related issues and correspondences
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth program launches
  • Optimize production layout to improve machine efficiency
  • Source and gather quotations from suppliers
  • Work on new quotation and packaging requirements
  • Support the production and quality departments
  • Monitor and track progress on program activities
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Update tooling activities and bill of materials

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of project management and production processes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Independent, good initiative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling healthcare products is an advantageous skill

Education/Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
