Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Equities and Futures to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our business activities in the retail and high net worth segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in equities and futures
  • BUILDING relationships with existing clients, including High Net Worth and active traders, to increase client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide support for sales activities, participate in team brainstorming, and explore new marketing activities to increase business
  • Review and refine sales-related processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team
  • Execute daily sales administration activities, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, supporting customers onboarding process, etc.
  • Ad hoc assignments and projects, such as client outreach, platform training, general market research, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
  • Well-organised and meticulous individual
  • A team player who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to client requests for assistance
  • Proactive individual who is resourceful to provide alternative solutions for clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication

Advantageous to have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present and speak in public settings
  • Certifications in CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5, and 6A
  • Good knowledge of Fundamental and Technical Analysis in the Equities/Futures/Forex market
  • Candidates with experience in the financial services industry
  • Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply

Estimated Salary Range: SGD 60,000 - SGD 90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
