Team Overview
The Platform Product Management division operates within TikTok's Trust and Safety framework. Our mission is to ensure seamless platform functionality while prioritizing user security. The Risk and Response segment focuses on reducing escalation and managing potential threats effectively.

We engage with diverse teams to enhance product capabilities, features, and tools aimed at early detection of risks, monitoring potential online threats, and responding swiftly to emerging risk patterns.


Key Responsibilities:
1.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle of the Content Risk Investigation & Intervention Platform, encompassing product planning, gathering business requirements, product design and development, iterative improvements, and launch.

2.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market needs and trends, leading to the innovation and conceptualization of new products or features.

3.

Develop and refine the product roadmap, while managing and prioritizing user stories within the product backlog.

4.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of various business scenarios and user challenges, define common business situations, and propose optimal solutions to enhance workflow and improve problem-solving efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Profound understanding of business operations with a keen interest in risk management, particularly in the content risk management sector.
- Ability to empathize with users' challenges and identify potential pain points from their routine tasks.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Capability to establish clear objectives in uncertain situations.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Resilient under pressure, demonstrating the courage to tackle challenges and embrace difficulties.
- Self-motivated with a strong capacity for learning, curiosity, and business insight to propel new products that support emerging business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant fields; a background in Engineering or Computer Science is advantageous.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in Risk Control, Data, or Platform-related roles within a rapidly growing tech/software/internet environment, showcasing success in launching innovative products and features.
- Prior experience or deep understanding of content risk management is highly desirable.
