Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team in overseeing student progress. The successful candidate will provide advisory services on attendance and other infringements, arrange diagnostic meetings, manage action plans, and keep proper records.
Main Responsibilities- Provide Advisory Services: Offer expert advice on attendance and other infringements to support the smooth operation of our academic processes.
- Arrange Diagnostic Meetings: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to schedule and conduct diagnostic meetings to address any concerns or issues.
- Manage Action Plans: Develop and implement effective action plans to address any issues arising from diagnostic meetings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Concern Forms and supporting documents.
- Educational Background: A recognized degree in Business Management, Arts, or Social Sciences is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to effectively engage with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Administrative Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles within higher education institutions is highly valued.
