Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect payments, developing strong relationships with them, and ensuring accurate payment submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers to collect payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Verify and submit accurate payment information to the Accounts Receivable department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • You must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic financial knowledge is essential for this position.
  • The ability to handle confidential information discreetly is necessary.
  • A minimum of a secondary school education (O-Level or N-Level) is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or finance is a plus.
