Green Space Manager Role

As a Green Space Manager, you will lead a team in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various sites. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying manpower for daily landscape maintenance duties
  • Attending to urgent cases when necessary
  • Keeping track and scheduling daily landscape maintenance accordingly
  • Understanding quality standards required by superiors

You will also work with landscape designers, supervisors, salespersons, and customers to review and implement landscape projects based on contracts. Additionally, you will supervise crews on these projects.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and multitask as a good team player
  • Commitment to work and dynamic energy
  • Basic knowledge of horticulture maintenance and pruning methods
  • Familiarity with safety requirements when working outside and inside working areas

We offer on-the-job training and welcome entry-level candidates with relevant polytechnic/WSQ diploma/degree backgrounds.

Landscape Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of parks, gardens, and other green spaces
  • Ensuring proper lawn care and garden upkeep
  • Inspecting and repairing outdoor equipment and structures
  • Monitoring plant health and disease prevention
